Servicing Response Times Upon receiving your service requests, Digitol Solutions will respond within the response times stated in your particular service contract. The standard contracts for most machines is a Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, same or next day response. Copy Quality & Uptime Reliability It is Digitol Solution’s aim to have the maximum uptime and acceptable copy quality throughout the device’s lifetime. We operate computerised systems to ensure a fast and efficient service response and utilise only parts that meet the approved standard of the manufacturer. Supplies Digitol can provide all necessary office supplies and deliver on time.
