All invoices are payable within the stated payment terms
Late payments may result in suspension of Services
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed
Digitol reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with applicable UK law.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Digitol Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in:
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, code libraries, and methodologies
Website content, branding, and materials
remain the exclusive property of Digitol or its licensors.
7.2 Client Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Ownership of Deliverables transfers to the Client only upon full payment
Digitol retains the right to reuse general knowledge, skills, and non-confidential components
7.3 Third-Party Components
Deliverables may include third-party software or open-source components, which are subject to their respective licences.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
Keep Confidential Information secure and not disclose it to third parties
Use such information solely for the purpose of performing obligations under these Terms or related agreements
This obligation shall survive termination of the relationship.
9. Data Protection
Digitol processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

Where Digitol processes personal data on behalf of a Client, the Client remains the data controller unless otherwise agreed.
10. Service Availability and Modifications

While we aim for reliability and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website or Services.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
